website launches officially at 01/23/24

As of January 15, 2024, MNE Solutions GmbH officially exists in its founding phase. Until we recieve the company registration number from the financial office, the GmbH is called “GmbH i.Gr.” (GmbH in founding phase) and holds the status of a Gesellschaft bürgerlichen Rechts (GbR) under German law.

The GmbH in formation will seamlessly convert to a GmbH upon receipt of the company registration number from the tax office, a prerequisite for requesting the EORI number.
