In January 2024, Günter Engel, Jan Moelleken, and Philipp-Christopher Engel, a well-established collaborative team, united under a new banner to establish MNE Solutions.
With nearly 50 years of expertise in international import/export, trading, and EPC/Project Management, our mission is to provide cutting-edge power solutions that empower nations. We strive to become the preferred supplier of power transformers and high-voltage equipment, actively contributing to the sustainable development and resilience of energy infrastructure in Ukraine and beyond.
In collaboration with our team and close service partners spanning various nations, we offer a comprehensive suite of planning and construction services for the development or renovation of power grids. Whether it entails connecting to existing power grids, increasing capacity, or maintenance, our expertise ensures successful outcomes.

Jan Moelleken
General Director & Leading PM
Jan co-founded the international trading house “ISHG” after earning his “Master of Finance” from the Warwick Business School (UK) in 2015. With a background in managing import/export operations for German manufacturers in Russia, he later oversaw the establishment of the Russian branch of an international oilfield supply company in 2018. Since 2022, after closing down his activities on the Russian market, Jan used his professional and intercultural knowledge as operational EPC/PM and consultant, playing a crucial role in fulfilling MNE Solutions commitment to meeting customers’ energy requirements in Ukraine and beyond.
Guenter Engel
Legal & Taxes
Guenter began his career in 1972 as the Head of Accounting for the British Metal Corporation in Germany, showcasing strong leadership at just 21. His involvement with Marc Rich + Co AG, starting in 1974, played a crucial role in its establishment and growth, providing counsel until its division in 1993. In 1994, he founded the tax consulting and legal firm EKP Engel, Kronenberg & Partner, which has grown to over a dozen partners and 120 professionals across four locations, with Guenter’s expertise ensuring legal professionalism and compliance for MNE Solutions GmbH.
Philipp-Christopher Engel
Coordination & Business Development
Philipp, holding a Communication Sciences (B.A.) degree, began his entrepreneurial journey early, collaborating on lucrative projects with film and marketing industry leaders. With adept project management skills, he played a key role in developing target groups, penetrating markets, and executing recruitment strategies. Since 2019, Philipp has supported start-ups and EKP clients, offering expertise in founding, financing, market establishment, and marketing to guide them through growth phases, aligning with MNE Solutions commitment to tailored solutions and business growth.
